What You’ll Be Doing
As a Risk Management Surveyor, you will carry out site inspections and provide technical advice to support safe, compliant construction on projects registered under MDIS Warranty schemes.
This is a field-based role where you will inspect new-build and newly converted buildings, ensuring work aligns with the Technical Manual and Building Regulations. You will plan and manage your own workload, record inspection findings, and communicate outcomes clearly to customers and colleagues.
You’ll play a key role in identifying defects, maintaining standards, and supporting developers and builders with practical, solution-focused guidance, helping ensure projects meet required compliance and quality expectations.

What You Bring

What You’ll Need
• 3+ years’ experience in construction, surveying, inspection or a similar technical role
• Chartered (Member level) or Class 2b Competent under the Building Inspector Competency Framework
• Good understanding of Building Regulations, site inspections and defect identification
• Experience working with developers, builders or construction stakeholders
• Comfortable using MS Office and mobile devices
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to travel across multiple sites (reasonable adjustments welcomed)
