Title:  CAT Claim Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead our Catastrophe (CAT) team. As a supervisor, you will oversee a team of direct reports, driving performance and growth through data-driven decision making, talent development, and quality claim handling. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, contributing to strategic planning, recruiting top talent, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret various data reports to monitor and report on key performance metrics for their team and each direct report.
• Oversight and/or participation in annual planning and subsequent divisional and/or departmental projects/initiatives
• Recruiting of talent to build effective teams
• Respond to formal inquiries on claims from various entities 
• Assure compliant and quality claim file handling of their team and direct reports
• Coach and develop direct reports to build and support bench needs
• Maintain all state mandated adjuster licensing and complete any continuing education to support each license

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of management experience and/or program management roles.
• Experience handling property damage claims.
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
• Knowledge and usage of AMSuite Claims, Symbility, Microsoft Suite, FileNet, and other systems that support claims operations. 
• Knowledge and interpretation of the policies and endorsements of the various lines of business supported. 
• Ability to read and interpret various data reports and understand the impact of this information on the operation of the Team/Units.
