Purpose:

Provide guidance to mid-level leaders from diverse backgrounds, leveraging technology and AI to drive superior performance, build strong relationships, and enhance customer experience, ultimately strengthening company initiatives and leadership development.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervising one or more technical teams within the department.
  • Reviewing operational goals and results with managers making recommendations and leading initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for promoting department and company initiatives, ensuring adherence to high caliber quality standards.
  • Ensure that department service standards are met by initiating & driving results
  • Develop and motivate high level associates and teams by being proficient at Talent Development
  • Leverage data and resources to drive technology implementations, increasing the sample size and enabling data-driven decisions that inform business strategy.
  • Manage and explore external vendor relationships to enhance the quality program, driving internal and regional improvements.

 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Proficient skills in computer applications for reporting & project management.  Proficient in utilizing management tools & resources.  Understanding of products and systems used for servicing customers.   Strong Analytical Skills.  Strong Technical Business Writing. Strong Presentation and Communication Skills.

 

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

4+ years of call center or customer service experience. Proven strength in leadership, communication, decision-making, integrity, problem-solving, time management and peer relationships. Proficient in mentoring & coaching. Expert level of understanding of AMIG products, processes, systems, & initiatives. Proven strength in data analysis.  Possess a working knowledge of the 8x8 platform, with a specific focus on utilizing its reporting capabilities to drive insights and decision-making.

 

Education, Certifications & Designations:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or Actively Pursuing

Preferred:

  • P&C License
  • Experience with current company initiative
  • Six Sigma Certified
  • Supervisor Certification
