American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for an Examiner to join our team! 
As an Examiner, you will:

• Maintain a diary on files at 10 days as well as a small pending of complex claims
• Works closely with adjusters; reviews authority requests, have continuous conversations, facilitate Team meetings and provide performance management.
• Handle policyholder calls or complaints. 
• Work on special projects such as IA vendor management and audits, initiative participation, self-development and training, and fellow Examiner back-up/support

Qualifications:

• 3 years claims property handling experience plus file reviewing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent claims handling experience.  Industry certifications is a plus.
• A thorough understanding of all facets of Mobile Home, Renters and Dwelling claims adjusting.
• Experience with high complexity and SIU matters.
