Description:
As a member of the DEI Council, you will:
- Support monthly Council meetings by bringing your best ideas
- Participate as a lead or provide support on a work stream targeting a specific area of the DEI strategy
- Represent the company at functions sharing your perspective and learning from others
- Network and build awareness of our activities
General DEI Council Member Responsibilities may include:
- Employee Resource Group Liaison
- Participation and involvement in other DEI internal and external events (ex. Dive In Festival, Catalyst & Seramount events, Chapters for Change discussions, Walking the Talk Conversations, etc.)
- Council Meeting attendance
