Purpose:

Provides leadership within the Customer Service Department for direct reports by focusing on talent development and mobility. Focused on statistical results for the department and process improvement initiatives. Incorporates goals to enhance the customer experience for both internal and external customers. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  Direct responsibility to supervise associates to ensure goals and operational results are met for individuals and the team.
  • Coach, develop, and encourage associate development and growth.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop a plan of action.
  • Ensure quality results are delivered and coaching plans are developed if needed.
  • Administration of associate records, performance plans, performance reviews, regular communication, and prioritizes.
  • Effectively communication within the team and the department.
  • Drive team results.
  • Operational involvement; partner with fellow supervisors as needed to ensure overall department initiatives and goals are met.
  • Organize workflows, scorecards, and day share opportunities

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Proficient skills in computer applications for reporting and project management. 
  • Proficient in utilizing management tools and resources. 
  • Understanding of products and systems used for servicing customers. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, business writing, and analytical skills.
