Your Opportunity 

Join a forward-looking Accounting organization and work at the intersection of accounting, data analytics, and technology. You will help transform manual financial processes into scalable, accurate, and control-focused automated solutions. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Automate accounting and finance processes using Python and related technologies. 

  • Analyze and reconcile data from financial systems, reports, and general ledger sources. 

  • Develop and test scripts that validate, transform, and standardize financial data. 

  • Support automated reporting, financial analytics, and operational dashboards. 

  • Evaluate AI and automation solutions for finance operations. 

  • Document requirements, process flows, controls, testing results, and improvement opportunities. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Interest in technology-enabled finance transformation. 

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, AI, or data analysis concepts. 

  • Understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting.

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college or university in Finance, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field 
  • Rising Junior or Senior at the time of the internship 
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the summer internship program
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment, including approximately 40-50% of the time in our Amelia, Ohio office
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the office as required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects
